Return Policy
We make sure that our customers shop with confidence and reassurance by refunding the price of their purchases within 3 days from the date the customer receives the order. Any product purchased during sales, holidays or Ramadan seasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our customers can return the price of their purchases within 3 days from the date the customer receives the order, or exchange products within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order, according to the following conditions:
- The purchases to be returned must be in their original packaging and identification cards, and the products must not have been used.
- It is required that any gift that the customer receives in conjunction with his purchases be returned when he wishes to return or exchange the products.
- The customer bears all costs incurred in returning or replacing the products, including shipping fees from the customer’s headquarters to the company (28 SR) in addition to the value of the product in the event that returning the product causes damage or invalidity for use again.
- The customer bears the costs of the cashback request, including bank transfer fees (6 SR) in the event that he wishes to make the cashback, as these amounts are deducted from the value of the request.
