We see beauty in the simplest things in life. This is the reason behind our deep connection with nature, as we believe that it has the power to impact and change the way we live. On a sunny autumn day in 1996 in Canterbury, this connection manifested when a beautiful and breath-taking setting in nature initiated a moment of inspiration – the impact of which continues to this day.
On that day, we decided to create a brand for enthusiasts of nature and beauty, those seeking a natural look by using purely natural ingredients. Striving to turn our vision to something real, we have created our brand Natural Touch. Since then, we have been carefully selecting our ingredients to create products for the face, body, hair, and your naturally inspired homes. We sell these naturally and consciously made products in more than 100 stores.
As an enterprise, we are community-driver and fully aware of our social responsibility. We aim to fulfil this responsibility by supporting breast cancer awareness initiatives, thus giving back to our community.
Our Identity
Our totem is the leaf – nature in its simplest and purest form. We want our brand to portray the simplicity of our ingredients, which is why we opted for fine lines and illustrations.
The slogan - ‘beauty and beyond’ - indicates that we offer not only beauty products, but also ‘beyond’ these: perfume and home products. It also provides insight into one of our core beliefs: that beauty is beyond the skin and manifests in our principles, actions, and respect of nature.
The palette we have chosen consists of soft and earthy colours, colours that are easy on the eye and present in nature all around us and across seasons. By using this palette, we wish to give the impression of warmth and motherhood - two of the countless qualities of Mother Nature.

We also try to create a uniquely indulging and interactive experience by inviting everyone to try any product they would like.
We continually strive to give our customers what they want, which is why we have made shopping more convenient and easily accessible by creating an online store and launching an easy-to-use mobile app where all our products are available with a click of a button from the comfort of home!

Natural Touch aims to cater for the modern, confident, and ambitious Middle Easter woman. We are targeting the Arab woman who is comfortable in her skin, the one who appreciates and seeks all that nature has to offer. Our consumer cares not just about beauty, but also about the quality and source of ingredients used in products.
As our line of products for women is finding success, we are aware of the trends developing in this day and age – especially with regard to men’s products. Therefore, we are currently working on expanding our men’s products range to cater to the Arab man who is becoming increasingly skin and body conscious.
